As brothers, our passion has always been to restore old, tired and worn roofing surfaces and restore them back to their former glory. We are based in Dunstable and cover a 50-mile Radius. Areas included are Milton Keynes, Luton, Enfield, Saint Albans and Rickmansworth with all the areas in between covered by us.
We provide, Steam Cleaning, Roof Moss Removal, Soft Washing, Clear Sealing and Colour Coating Services. We have been trained and accredited by some of the leading cleaning and sealing companies within the UK like SmartSeal, Tetra and City & Guilds. We currently hold over 10 years of experience within the cleaning industry and are excited for this to grow and continue further.

I really am glad I hired A&R to clean the roof of my new (old) house. They were all incredibly polite, on time and very thorough in doing the clean and they kept me updated throughout. Within an hour of their guys leaving, I had 2 neighbours come up to me and say how great the roof looks now that it has been cleaned, so for me that's the biggest compliment! It was great that their guys took the extra time to clean up the mess generated and wipe down the windows and they also made sure I was totally happy before leaving. 👍

I have nothing but praise for A&R as a company, and for everyone within the business with whom I had any contact. Alan (the A in A&R) arrived on time to talk me through the options, the process and a schedule. Other companies that I contacted simply priced the roof cleaning using google earth. A&R was not the cheapest, but neither was it anywhere near the most expensive. The team arrived on time, was very friendly and the work was carried out to a high standard in slightly less than the estimated scheduled time. If you need roof or gutter maintenance, I wholeheartedly recommend A&R.
